Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote / Bangalore, India
Description: The BDM / Sponsorship Sales Specialist is responsible for selling high value Event Sponsorship packages to key solutions providers corresponding to the project or industry sector.
We are hiring EXPERIENCED sales professionals from the conference or events industry to join our team. Please note:
- This is a results-oriented job role with tight deadlines and targets
- You need to have strong work ethics, be highly commercial and able to understand new and diverse markets
- You will be expected to take initiative with research and identifying leads related to the project
- You will have experience in developing tailored sales pitches
- You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to succeed
- Although we require candidates with minimum 2 years experience, we would be pleased to consider individuals with a proven sales record
- Your aim is to research and understand the clients need and close business that aligns with the clients’ objectives
- You will be expected to work with minimal supervision
- A marekting, sales or business-related degree would be an advantage
